Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hungerish.com Ltd ('Hungerish.com', 'we', 'us', or 'our') governing your access to and use of the Hungerish.com platform, website, and related services. Please read these Terms carefully before using the platform.

Hungerish.com provides a cloud-based hospitality management platform that enables venue operators to digitise menus, manage orders, process payments, monitor kitchen display systems (KDS), and access operational analytics. Features available to you depend on your active subscription plan.
03Account Registration
To access Hungerish.com you must register for an account. You agree to:

- fiber_manual_recordMaintain the security of your password and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
- fiber_manual_recordBe responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- fiber_manual_recordNot share your account credentials with any third party.
04Subscriptions and Billing
Hungerish.com offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes. All plans require payment; there is no free tier or trial period.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in a written agreement.
05Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Hungerish.com to:

- fiber_manual_recordTransmit or store content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes any intellectual property right.
- fiber_manual_recordIntroduce malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the platform.
- fiber_manual_recordAttempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
- fiber_manual_recordReverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the software.
- fiber_manual_recordResell, sublicense, or commercialise access to the platform without written consent.
06Intellectual Property
Hungerish.com and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all software, designs, trademarks, and documentation.
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Hungerish.com a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and process that content solely to provide the service.

08Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Hungerish.com does not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
09Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hungerish.com's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Hungerish.com in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Hungerish.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.
11Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
12Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. For material changes we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of Hungerish.com after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
